1.5 oz strawberry purée
1 oz rhubarb syrup
1 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
soda water

🥄 Method
Shake strawberry purée, rhubarb syrup, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice. Strain into a highball glass with ice, top with soda.
